Ludvin Hasbún is a real estate developer. He has been executive director of construction and real estate companies, both in Colombia and in the United States. He currently has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. As a real estate entrepreneur, his passion is to create innovative products that meet the changing needs of communities. Ludvin graduated as a lawyer at the Universidad Externado de Colombia and received his diploma in real estate project management from the same university.

Miguel Cifuentes

Miguel Cifuentes is a talented architect and the visionary man behind every new design developed by Sunexus Group. He obtained his Master in Architecture and Historical Conservation at the University of Florida. Then, he continued his training at the Harvard Graduate School of Design where he participated in a design studio taught by renowned designer Massimo Vignelli.

Miguel Cifuentes’ experience in projects includes architecture, landscaping and interior design for the hotel industry. In addition, he is master in development of mixed-use land and water sports infrastructure. His objective is to create real estate developments that generate changes in the fields of architecture and design.

Camilo Hasbún

Camilo Hasbún holds a degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship at the Florida International University and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning at the University of Miami. With recognized experience in the field of real estate and real estate development, has worked during the last years developing residential projects in South Florida.

Carlos Felipe Hasbún

Carlos Felipe Hasbún is a talented entrepreneur with global thinking. Graduated from George Washington University, in Washington DC, he has specialized in international relations and diplomacy. He has traveled and lived abroad, which has brought together an important network of contacts, investors, developers, real estate agents, among others.
Carlos Felipe has extensive experience in international sales, public relations and international marketing strategies. As Director of International Sales of Sunexus Group, Carlos Felipe is the main contact point of the group.

Jorge de Guardiola

Jorge de Guardiola is a renowned real estate developer in Florida, who founded De Guardiola Properties, INC. In 1993. Since 2015 is the former Director of Real Estate Developments in Sunexus Group.
Jorge has extensive experience in the field, having led and developed different ground-breaking and referent projects in the industry. On of these is the one in Wellington, Florida. During its construction were also constructed schools, churches and 17,000 residences in an area of over 10,000 acres (5,046 hectares). It was included in the Palm Beach County, being considered the largest planned community in this county. Likewise, Mr. De Guardiola lead partial developments in the cities of Boyton Beach and Parkland.
Jorge elaborated the Abacoa community master plan, in the city of Jupiter, Florida, that comprehended an area of 2,025 acres (820 hectares). He implemented the traditional core principles of design in the neighborhood with various land uses that guarantee pedestrian and environmental integrity and the creation of a new zoning code that would allow its implementation in Jupiter, Florida. Also, with the projects Abacoa Town Center and Abacoa Workplace during its final phase, that included more than 400,000 feet (37,200 SF) of commercial premises and offices, as well as, more than 800 residential units.
Currently, he is developing Mandarin Lakes in Miami-Dade County. 200 acres (809,200 SF) made up of 1,500 residential units.
Other projects developed by Jorge, are:
Veranda, 27 acres (109,242 SF) and more that 700 units of parcels that included multifamily residences, having by target market adults older than 55 years old whom aim to live in traditional environment neighborhoods in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
East Lake Village; 100 acres (404,600 SF) with more than 800 mixed land use residential units, in the city of Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Jorge has various recognitions, as it is “The entrepreneur of the year” award given by the Jupiter/Tequesta Chamber of Commerce and Juno Beach Chamber of Commerce. He also received “The entrepreneur of the year” award by the Palm Beach County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, he was recognized as “Entrepreneur leader of the year” by the Northern Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, among other awards.
Mr. de Guardiola has produced several publications on urban development, smart city growth, sustainable communities and growth management, which have been benchmarks since the 1990s and remain in force not only in Florida, but also in other states of the nation.
