In Sunexus Group, our main objective is to create a more “social” development of the land. We aim to create real estate projects where the focus is not only to attend our investor needs, but also to fuse the private aspect of development with a more social and purpose oriented approach in order to create more benefits for the communities where the projects are to take place.
In every project we undertake, we incorporate the development of a social participatory design activity, so the results are integrated to the concept development of the project as a whole. This fact empowers local communities economically and offers alternatives to respond to the wellbeing of the environment. With different social oriented scenarios, we allow for local rural neighbors to orderly crop the land, change Gross Rent for a percentage of crop yields, or conduct design and community oriented seminars with our partner non-profit (Designalterfoundation). The idea is that participatory gatherings are done to inform the community on zoning laws and regulations and to find out exactly how they desire their community to be. Our main objective is to benefit the community, so that not only they grow, but we grow, together and strong.
We want to be not a “Profit-oriented” development firm, but a “Purpose-oriented” development firm.
